In November last year the club was pleased to be visited by 3 teams of 3rd year pupils from Denny High School all of whom were partnering the club in the Youth and Philanthropy Initiative competition. 

The teams comprised one of 4 girls, one of 4 boys and one of 3 girls and 3 boys which was led by one of the girls called Eve Doyle. 

This team proceeded through various rounds of the competition culminating in the final to which George Donaldson and Leon Megger were invited as KTF representatives. 

The team led by Eve gave a superb presentation in front of the YPI judges and as a  result were declared the winners. They were thus presented with a cheque for £3000 which they had won on our clubs behalf.
