We are a registered charity and voluntary club following on from the hospital's cardiac rehab programme.

It provides the opportunity to maintain your regular exercise plus a variety of other activities.

Tuesdays - Forth Valley College(FVC) Falkirk Campus 17:15 - 18:15

Thursdays - Braes High School 18:00 - 19:00
